In Spring of 2010, J.L. Coombs began to expand on our already popular outwear assortment by incorporating key apparel pieces into the JLC mix. This included a number of shirt, skirt and dress silhouettes from Patagonia, and it was such a huge success that we Returned for 2011 with an even broader offering. 

In the winter months we carry Isis, Marmot, and Patagonia outerwear. You'll also find a limited selection of sweaters and accessories from Smartwool (not in all locations).

Our Portsmouth location started it all and continues to house our largest selection of both outerwear and apparel. Other locations that carry outerwear include Exchange Street in Portland, Bow Street in Freeport and Route 1 in Freeport.
